The therapeutic relationship Is an important and unique opportunity to share and confide in someone else about what may be going on for you and what you are finding difficult. As a therapist, I am not here to judge you or give advice. My role is to listen to you and be tuned in to your world and all that is going on in there. I offer a space for you to think about yourself and your life in your own time and I can walk alongside you and offer my reflections and understanding.
For some clients, this empathic, safe space is all that they need after many experiences in their lives feeling unheard and unseen; especially during trauma. However for many, a little more direction and proactively is needed in the approach. I can offer the style and approach that you need and we can discuss this in our first session together.
Sessions can be online, face to face or via the telephone, whichever you prefer, please get in touch to discuss.
